Through strong links with local churches, one of our main objectives is to help in the re-opening of 'wells' of prayer, mission and resource in a part of the country where William Carey and others pioneered a major new phase of western mission over two hundred years ago.
We run the Carey Academy of Language Learning as a Business with Mission project. Indeed, we have a particular interest in exploring how indigenous mission can be facilitated through business projects, both for income generation and training purposes.
The team handles a lot of the legal and financial aspects of maintaining Nations Trust, including the day-to-day accounting.
We produce ‘ImagiNations’, the Nations occasional publication which provides prayer information related to the work of Nations and to our associated mission movements in other parts of the world.
The team also produces its own quarterly magazine - 'Well Springs' - which, although having a local Northamptonshire focus, also reflects the wider work of Nations.
‘Family & Friends’ evenings are held 2-3 times each year, as a means of drawing together all those interested in or connected with the team’s work in Nations. Please contact us if you want to come to an evening.
'Opening the Wells', launched in 1997, is an area-wide initiative in co-operation with local churches, encouraging prayer, unity and mission.
Why not join us for our Community Day on any Thursday?

The team are currently renting accommodation in the centre of Wellingborough. They continue to look for a permanent centre for the work which they hope will soon become available.
